FEAST OF ST DYMPHNA, patron of Mental Health, will be celebrated with an evening prayer and eucharistic exposition on her feast day at 7:00 PM, Thursday, May 15, in St Peter’s Church, 121 S. 2nd Street, Columbia.  All are welcome to attend this special prayer service supported by the Columbia Catholic Mental Health Ministry.

Having just celebrated our Mass of Remembrance for Child Loss, the Mental Health Awareness bookshelf has been restocked with books on loss.  Take a moment to stop by and review titles like: Where is God in My Suffering; Nurturing the Gift of Hope; Who am I Now that My Loved One is Gone; Celebrating the Memory of a Child Who Has Died, and many other topics.  Please help yourself to any resources on the bookcase.  If you are seeking information on a specific topic, please contact the Parish Health Ministry office for support.  717-569-8531.

Parish Health Ministry (PHM) Spiritual Support Group (SSG)
The purpose of the Spiritual Support Group (SSG) is to encourage and pray together, to share our life experiences, and to instill a sense of serenity and balance, ultimately seeking to grow closer to our loving God.  A focus of this group is that we are unconditionally loved by God, despite our life's struggles.
